The plugins and settings Dev realm expects on your side, and the gateway file that points the game at the realm. The launcher brings the files for you and keeps them up to date, but not the gateway: run that file once either way.
Installing it
1. Unzip it into your Diablo II folder, the mod's game folder, keeping the folders. Say yes to replacing files.
2. Double-click the gateway file once and say yes when Windows asks. It makes Dev realm at 206.189.252.226 your Battle.net gateway, in place of the list you had.
3. Start the game and choose Battle.net.
